SPAINMAGIC.COM is not responsible for the actions, inactions or claims made by any of its Advertisers or Users. It is the Users' own responsibility to satisfy themselves as to the quality or standard of goods or services offered by advertisers.

By placing advertisements on SPAINMAGIC.COM You confirm that you have sufficient authority to do so and to enter into this Agreement, and that any advertisement you post conforms to standards of acceptability outlined below.

You agree not to post on this web site any advertisement, text, image, or internet link that...

• contains innacurate or misleading information
  
• promotes any illegal activity or product
  
• is threatening, abusive, harassing, harmful or defamatory
  
• is discriminatory in terms race, religion or sexual orientation
  
• is unnecessarily discriminatory in terms of gender, nationality or disability
  
• is unsuitable for viewing by persons under the age of 18.
  

SPAINMAGIC.COM reserves the right, at its discretion, at any time, and for any reason, to edit or remove any advertisement posted, and/or terminate membership and/or deny access to the site. All refunds are at the discretion of the management of SPAINMAGIC.COM. There are no refunds for advertisements removed due to a breach of these Terms of Service.

Purchasers and vendors of goods confirm that they are familiar and compliant with the relevant import, export and licensing requirements for advertised items. Some examples of items on which special licensing conditions exist are: cigarettes, alcohol, gaming machines, pets, livestock, plants, communications equipment, financial services, firearms and medicines.

Members are responsible for ensuring that their own postings and contact details are entered accurately and that ads are posted in appropriate categories. In the interests of both Advertisers and readers, if an advertised item or service is no longer available or required (e.g. the advertised item was sold), then the Member who posted the ad should either delete or edit the ad. In these cases, no credit will be given for remaining days purchased but members are free to edit the ad to advertise a dffferent item and make use of the advertising slot until the expiry date of the original ad.

All advertising prices are quoted in euros and euro cents (except for options to convert to Pounds or Dollars when paying). All ads, including paid ads, receive 7 days posting with no daily charge. The minimum charge for paid ads is 99 cents (0.99 euro).

SPAINMAGIC.COM respects the privacy of its users. Advertisers' email addresses are not normally displayed in advertisements. Instead, respondents may contact advertisers by email without ever seeing the advertiser's email address. Furthermore, unless required to do so by a law enforcement authority, SPAINMAGIC.COM will not provide Users' email addresses to third parties.

It is prohibited to use a contact form on SPAINMAGIC.COM to contact an advertiser in order to sell or promote an item, product or service unless such an item, product or service is specifically requested in the advertisement.

The content of the SPAINMAGIC.COM Web Site is protected by international copyright and other intellectual property laws. Copying or redistribution any of the site's content is not permitted without written permission.
